I wanted this shawl to be an adventure…an intrigue just like Lady Violet has. The triangular shape is a nod to the more traditional times that underlie the steampunk movement…even though they are very technologically forward, their costuming is more old-fashioned based. A combination of eyelet patterns and stockinette stitch decorate the striped use of the different colorways.
